Hello, and thank you for considering a stay with us! I’d love to share a little bit about myself and what makes Caron’s Condos special. My family and I live in a peaceful, rural community in East Alabama, where we enjoy watching wildlife on our property. When we’re not at home, we’re often enjoying our beach homes in beautiful Panama City Beach.

I spent 25 years working with the Cleburne County Board of Education while also helping manage our family business. Over time, I found my true passion in managing vacation homes. After retiring in 2015, I was able to devote my time and energy fully to making our vacation homes the perfect escape for guests like you.

Why Panama City Beach, Florida?

Our love for Panama City Beach began on our very first visit – we were instantly captivated! So much so that we purchased our first vacation home in 2003. What draws us to Panama City Beach is the endless array of restaurants, shopping, and activities, all within reach. It’s a place where everything you need for a memorable vacation is right at your fingertips, whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure.

Our Second Home – Dunes of Panama

After my retirement, we decided to expand our vacation rental portfolio, and we chose the coveted Dunes of Panama Resort for our next investment. This property stands out for its peaceful, low-density feel, with only 63 condominiums in total and just 9 per floor. It truly feels like a small, tight-knit community. Our first condo, Unit A-704, is located on the top (penthouse) floor, offering incredible south and west-facing views. The balcony provides panoramic views of the coastline, and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. We loved the property so much that we purchased a second condo at Dunes of Panama in 2019, this one on the 4th floor, with the same breathtaking views.

I genuinely enjoy managing our vacation homes. Over the years, many of our guests have become more than just visitors – they’ve become friends, and in some cases, like family. I live by the Golden Rule: treat others the way you’d like to be treated. I bring this philosophy into every interaction with my guests, ensuring that every stay is as comfortable, enjoyable, and seamless as possible. My goal is simple – I want every guest to have an exceptional experience. When guests return because they know they can rely on me to create a stress-free, memorable vacation, I know I’ve done my job well.
